Where is SOPHLŌR located?

SOPHLŌR is based in San Antonio, Texas, and serves clients throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas. Travel outside the standard service area may be available for select events.

How far in advance should I reach out?

Lead times depend on the type and size of the request.

For custom arrangements, we recommend reaching out at least 3-5 days in advance whenever possible. Weddings, private events, corporate gatherings, and Bloom Bar experiences should be requested as early as possible to allow time for planning, sourcing, and design.

Rush requests may be considered based on availability.

Custom Floral Arrangements

 

How do I order a custom arrangement?

To request a custom arrangement, please complete the Custom Floral Order Form located under the Custom Florals tab.

The form allows you to share important details such as the occasion, preferred color palette, delivery date, budget, and any design inspiration. Once your request is reviewed, SOPHLŌR will follow up regarding availability and next steps.

Can I request specific flowers?

Yes. You are welcome to share flowers you love, and any inspiration you may have. However, exact floral varieties cannot always be guaranteed due to seasonality and market availability.

Whenever a requested bloom is unavailable, SOPHLŌR will thoughtfully select a substitution that supports the intended color palette, style, and overall design.

Can I choose the exact design of my arrangement?

Each SOPHLŌR arrangement is custom-designed rather than copied exactly from another arrangement or inspiration photo. Reference images are helpful for communicating color, scale, texture, and overall feeling, but every finished piece will be uniquely created.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Custom floral pricing varies based on size, flower selection, seasonality, vessel, delivery location, and overall design complexity. Any applicable minimum investment will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery is available throughout San Antonio and select surrounding areas. Delivery fees are based on distance, timing, and order requirements.

How do I inquire about wedding or event florals?

To inquire about florals for a wedding, private celebration, corporate event, shower, dinner, or brand experience, please complete the inquiry form located under the Weddings & Events tab or contact us at hello@sophlor.com.

Providing as much information as possible including the date, venue, guest count, desired floral elements, style, and estimated investment allows SOPHLŌR to better understand your vision before responding.

What happens after I submit an event inquiry?

Once your inquiry is received, SOPHLŌR will review the event details and confirm whether the date is available.

Depending on the scope of the event, the next step may include a consultation call to discuss your vision, venue, priorities, logistics, and floral investment. A custom proposal may then be created based on the information gathered.

Do you require a consultation?

Consultations are typically recommended for weddings and larger private events. This allows us to understand not only the flowers you may want, but also the atmosphere, guest experience, venue, and story behind the celebration.

What is a SOPHLŌR Bloom Bar experience?

The SOPHLŌR Bloom Bar is an interactive, luxury mobile floral experience designed to bring beauty, creativity, and connection to an event.

Guests select from a thoughtfully curated collection of fresh flowers and greenery to create their own bouquet. Depending on the selected experience, SOPHLŌR may guide guests through the process, wrap each bouquet, and add personalized finishing details before guests take their flowers home.

The Bloom Bar is more than a floral display. It is a guest experience, conversation starter, and memorable takeaway designed specifically for the event.

What types of events are a good fit for a Bloom Bar?

Bloom Bar experiences are ideal for:

How do I book a Bloom Bar experience?

How far in advance should I book?

Booking as early as possible is strongly recommended, especially for weekends, holidays, and peak event seasons.

Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the required retainer has been paid.

Payments, Changes, and Cancellations

What is required to reserve an order or event?

Requirements vary by service.

Custom floral orders generally require full payment before flowers are purchased. Weddings, private events, and Bloom Bar experiences require a signed agreement and retainer to reserve the date.

Can I make changes after booking?

Reasonable changes may be made within the timelines outlined in your agreement. Changes involving guest count, floral quantity, design scope, location, or timing may affect the final investment. All changes must be approved in writing.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary depending on the service and will be included in your invoice, proposal, or contract.

Because flowers, materials, rentals, and labor are often reserved in advance, retainers and certain payments may be nonrefundable.
